Do roku 2014 zde p\u0159e\u017eil hlavn\u011b d\u00edky se\u0161lapu paraglidist\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed zde startuj\u00ed z vrcholov\u00fdch parti\u00ed kopce a t\u00edm udr\u017eovali posledn\u00ed zbytky rozvoln\u011bn\u00e9 skaln\u00ed stepi. N\u00e1sledn\u011b byl zah\u00e1jen vhodn\u00fd management &#8211; s pomoc\u00ed k\u0159ovino\u0159ez\u016f vykosena b\u011bhem p\u0159edja\u0159\u00ed 2017 sta\u0159ina a pe\u010dliv\u011b vyhrab\u00e1n mech, sou\u010dasn\u011b zah\u00e1jena pastva vrcholov\u00fdch parti\u00ed sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00fdm st\u00e1dem cca 200 ovc\u00ed a koz. V dal\u0161\u00edch letech op\u011bt kombinov\u00e1na pastva s kosen\u00edm a se\u0161lapem paraglidist\u016f + patrn\u011b asi i dotov\u00e1n\u00ed populace v\u00fdsadky jedinc\u016f ze z\u00e1chrann\u00e9ho chovu kte\u0159\u00ed byli navraceni na lokality v bl\u00edzk\u00e9m okol\u00ed. V\u00fdsledek podrobn\u00e9ho monitoringu metodou zna\u010den\u00ed fixou a n\u00e1sledn\u00fdch zp\u011btn\u00fdch odchyt\u016f v roce 2017 &#8211; ozna\u010deno p\u0159es 300 ex, odhad velikosti populace min. 400 ex. Z pavouk\u016f se zde vyskytuje nap\u0159. sk\u00e1lovka Haplodrassus bohemicus. Z hmyzu ok\u00e1\u010d skaln\u00ed (<em>Chazara briseis<\/em>), o. metlicov\u00fd (<em>Hipparchia semele<\/em>), modr\u00e1sek v\u00fdchodn\u00ed (<em>Pseudophilotes vicrama)<\/em>, m. ligrusov\u00fd (<em>Polyommatus damon)<\/em> a soumra\u010dn\u00edk \u017elutoskvrnn\u00fd (<em>Thymelicus acteon),<\/em> st\u0159evl\u00edci (zji\u0161t\u011bno celkem 123 druh\u016f), z nich v\u00fdznamn\u00ed jsou nap\u0159. Harpalus cisteloides hurkai (endemit Lounsk\u00e9ho st\u0159edoho\u0159\u00ed), Polistichus connexus a Licinus cassideus d\u00e1le Catops nigricantoides, drab\u010d\u00edci Heterothops balthasari a Taxicera renneri, vrubouni Euheptaulacus villosus a Rhyssemus germanus, krasci Cylindromorphus bifrons a nosatci Otiorhynchus conspersus, endemick\u00e9 saran\u010de Stenobothrus eurasius bohemicus a mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Vzah k Velkojarom\u011b\u0159sk\u00e9mu pozemkov\u00e9mu spolku:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V roce 2015 jsme uzav\u0159eli \u00fastn\u00ed dohodu s vlastn\u00edkem o spolupr\u00e1ci p\u0159i ochran\u011b t\u00e9to lokality. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1me zde s monitoringem vym\u00edraj\u00edc\u00edho a v cel\u00e9 st\u0159edn\u00ed Evrop\u011b kriticky ohro\u017een\u00e9ho druhu mot\u00fdla &#8211; ok\u00e1\u010de skaln\u00edho a n\u00e1vrhem opat\u0159en\u00ed jak tento druh na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli je\u0161t\u011b zachr\u00e1nit.\u00a0 Od roku 2017 nav\u00edc pom\u00e1h\u00e1me i s aktivn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010d\u00ed o tuto lokalitu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>EN:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Locality description<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ran\u00e1 is internationally important example of surviving remainder of xeroterm rupicolous grasslands located in a mountain range \u010cesk\u00e9 st\u0159edoho\u0159\u00ed (Central Bohemian Highlands) located in northern Bohemia in the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<p>Until recently the last locality with occurrence of <em>Chazara briseis <\/em>which also here almost became extinct (in years 2014 &#8211; 2016 last cca 30 &#8211; 50 ex). Until 2014 it survived only because of activities of paragliders, who are starting on high tops of the hills here and stepping regularly on grasslands which helps to maintain the rest of the rupicolous steppe. After it began appropriate management of locality maintenance and a mixed herd of 200 sheep and goats started to be pastured here. Now the estimate of population is min. 400 ex.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Subject<\/strong><strong> of protection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From plants it can be found here: <em>Helictotrichon desertorum<\/em>, <em>Aurinia saxatilis<\/em>, <em>Anthericum ramosum, Astragalus exscapus, A. austriacus, A. danicus, Adonis vernallis<\/em>, <em>Pulsatilla pratensis subsp. bohemica, Verbascum phoeniceum, Gentianopsis ciliata<\/em>, <em>Stipa pennata<\/em>, <em>Stipa pulcherrima<\/em>, <em>Stipa tirsa <\/em>and ednemic <em>Stipa pulcherrima<\/em> f. <em>nudicostata<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>You can find here also <em>Coronella austriaca, <\/em>from birds <em>Emberiza hortulana, Anthus campestris, Oenanthe oenanthe<\/em>, from mammals <em>Spermophilus citellus.<\/em> Spiders can represent for example <em>Haplodrassus bohemicus, <\/em>insects <em>Chazara briseis, Hipparchia semele<\/em>, <em>Pseudophilotes vicrama, Polyommatus damon <\/em>and <em>Thymelicus acteon),<\/em> Carabus (about 123 species) &#8211; considerable species e.g.\u00a0 <em>Harpalus cisteloides hurkai<\/em> (endemic of highlands of Louny), <em>Polistichus connexus<\/em> a <em>Licinus cassideus, <\/em>also <em>Catops nigricantoides<\/em>, <em>Heterothops balthasari<\/em> and <em>Taxicera renneri<\/em>, <em>Euheptaulacus villosus<\/em> and <em>Rhyssemus germanus<\/em>, <em>Cylindromorphus bifrons<\/em> and\u00a0 <em>Otiorhynchus conspersus<\/em>, endemic <em>Stenobothrus eurasius bohemicus<\/em> and a lot of others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Land trust (Velkojarom\u011b\u0159sk\u00fd pozemkov\u00fd spolek) status:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In 2015, we concluded an oral agreement with the owner on cooperation in the protection of this site. Here we help with monitoring of dying and critically endangered species throughout the whole of Europe\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 the butterfly <em><span class=\"LrzXr kno-fv\">Chazara briseis<\/span> <\/em>and proposing measures to save the species at the last minute.
