P\u016fvodn\u011b byl tento les daleko rozvoln\u011bn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e je dnes a proto zde n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 druhy bohu\u017eel vyhynuly. Ze saproxylick\u00fdch brouk\u016f zde \u017eije nap\u0159\u00edklad roh\u00e1\u010d obecn\u00fd (<em>Lucanus cervus<\/em>), les\u00e1k rum\u011blkov\u00fd (<em>Cucujus cinnaberinus<\/em>) nebo zlatohl\u00e1vek skvostn\u00fd (<em>Potosia aeruginosa<\/em>). V dutin\u00e1ch hn\u00edzd\u00ed strakapoud prost\u0159edn\u00ed (<em>Dendrocopos medius<\/em>) a lejsek \u0161ed\u00fd (<em>Muscicapa striata<\/em>), vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny jsou letn\u00edmi reproduk\u010dn\u00edmi koloniemi netop\u00fdra vodn\u00edho (<em>Myotis daubentoni<\/em>) a netop\u00fdra rezav\u00e9ho (<em>Nyctalus noctula<\/em>). Rozs\u00e1hl\u00fd lesn\u00ed komplex vyhovuje \u010d\u00e1pu \u010dern\u00e9mu (Ciconia nigra), kter\u00fd zde pravideln\u011b hn\u00edzd\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b od roku 2001.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Specifick\u00fdm fenom\u00e9nem luhu jsou t\u016fn\u011b a mrtv\u00e1 ramena s p\u0159ilehl\u00fdmi mok\u0159ady. V\u00a0\u0159ad\u011b periodick\u00fdch t\u016fn\u00ed je pravideln\u011b zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1n v\u00fdskyt \u017e\u00e1brono\u017eky sn\u011b\u017en\u00ed (<em>Eubranchipus grubii<\/em>), listonoh jarn\u00ed (<em>Lepidurus apus<\/em>) je vz\u00e1cn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Ve slep\u00fdch ramenech se vyskytuj\u00ed vz\u00e1cn\u00eddrobn\u00ed ml\u017ei okru\u017eanka mok\u0159adn\u00ed (<em>Sphaerium nucleus<\/em>) a hrachovka kulovit\u00e1 (<em>Pisidium globulare<\/em>). Vz\u00e1cn\u00e1 v\u00e1\u017eka\u00a0 kl\u00ednatky \u017elutonoh\u00e9 (<em>Gomphus flavipes<\/em>) je typick\u00fdm druhem niv v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch \u0159ek. Pravideln\u011b se zde rozmno\u017euje n\u011bkolik druh\u016f oboj\u017eiveln\u00edk\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad skokan \u0161t\u00edhl\u00fd (<em>Rana dalmatina<\/em>) nebo \u010dolek obecn\u00fd (<em>Triturus vulgaris<\/em>). V okol\u00ed Ba\u010dovky i mrtv\u00fdch ramen se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s led\u0148\u00e1\u010dkem \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edm (<em>Alcedo atthis<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Historicky byl Libick\u00fd luh v\u00fdznamnou lokalitou mot\u00fdl\u016f. V polovin\u011b 90. let 20. stolet\u00ed vymizeli z Libick\u00e9ho luhu, jako z posledn\u00ed lokality v\u00a0\u010cech\u00e1ch, jaso\u0148 dymnivkov\u00fd (<em>Parnassius mnemosyne<\/em>) a hn\u011bd\u00e1sek osikov\u00fd (<em>Euphydryas maturna<\/em>), (ten byl pozd\u011bji objeven je\u0161t\u011b na jin\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b v Polab\u00ed).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lokalita, kam se ze z\u00e1chrann\u00e9ho chovu Milo\u0161e Andrese poda\u0159ilo zd\u00e1rn\u011b navr\u00e1tit vyhynul\u00e9ho hn\u011bd\u00e1ska osikov\u00e9ho. Ten zde m\u00e1 dva roky od sv\u00e9ho vysazen\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u011b nejbohat\u0161\u00ed populaci v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice \u010d\u00edtaj\u00edc\u00ed n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek a\u017e n\u011bkolik set dosp\u011blc\u016f. M\u00edsto, kde se v\u00fdhledov\u011b p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro pokus o n\u00e1vrat jason\u011b dymnivkov\u00e9ho (Parnassius mnemosyne), ok\u00e1\u010de j\u00edlkov\u00e9ho (Lopinga achine) a ok\u00e1\u010de hn\u011bd\u00e9ho (Coenonympha hero) z dal\u0161\u00edch pl\u00e1novan\u00fdch z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch chov\u016f Ochran\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 skupiny JARO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vztah k Velkojarom\u011b\u0159sk\u00e9mu pozemkov\u00e9mu spolku:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V roce 2018 jsme se na t\u00e9to lokalit\u011b zapojili do z\u00e1chrann\u00e9ho programu pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 z nejohro\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00edch druh\u016f denn\u00edch mot\u00fdl\u016f \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky a pokou\u0161\u00edme se sem n\u011bkter\u00e9 z t\u011bchto d\u0159\u00edve vyhynul\u00fdch druh\u016f op\u011bt navr\u00e1tit. Pod\u00edl\u00edme se i na monitoringu a pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed vhodn\u00fdch managementov\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EN:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Locality description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lowland floodplain forest above the confluence of the Elbe and Cidlina rivers between Velk\u00fd Osek and Libice nad Cidlinou. Originally this forest was much more open than it is today and therefore some important species have unfortunately died out. In recent years, however, nature conservation has begun to open some parts again and to return the disappeared species with the help of repatriation programs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Subject<\/strong><strong> of protection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">National Nature Reserve Libick\u00fd luh protects the forest communities of hard and soft meadows of lowland rivers, oak-hornbeam and wetland alder, alluvial meadows and continental flooded meadows and wetlands with macrophytic vegetation of naturally eutrophic and mesotrophic stagnant waters as well as populations of endangered <em>Epipactis albensis<\/em>, including its habitat, and the populations of rare and endangered species of <em>Bombina bombina, Osmoderma eremita, Lucanus cervus<\/em>, including their biotopes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An important habitat in terms of species diversity are old and dying trees and lying and standing dead wood. Among the saproxylic beetles, for example <em>Lucanus cervus<\/em>, <em>Cucujus cinnaberinus<\/em> or <em>Potosia aeruginosa<\/em> live here. The middle spotted woodpecker (<em>Dendrocopos medius<\/em>) and the spotted flycatcher (<em>Muscicapa striata<\/em>) nest in the recess, which are used by summer breeding colonies of daubenton&#8217;s bat (<em>Myotis daubentonii<\/em>) and the common noctule (<em>Nyctalus noctula<\/em>). The large forest complex suits the black stork (<em>Ciconia nigra<\/em>), which has been nesting here regularly since at least 2001.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The specific phenomenon of the floodplain are ponds \u00a0and dead shoulders with adjacent wetlands. In a number of periodic ponds, the occurrence of <em>Eubranchipus grubii<\/em> is regularly recorded; <em>Lepidurus apus<\/em> is more rare here. <em>Sphaerium nucleus<\/em> and <em>Pisidium globulare<\/em> are found in the blind branches. The rare dragonfly <em>Gomphus Flavius<\/em> \u00a0is a typical species of the floodplain of larger rivers. Several species of amphibians are regularly reproduced here, such as the agile frog (<em>Rana dalmatina<\/em>) or the smooth newt (<em>Triturus vulgaris<\/em>). In the surroundings of Ba\u010dovka and dead shoulders we can see the Common kingfisher (<em>Alcedo atthis<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Historically, Libick\u00fd luh was an important locality of butterflies. In the mid-1990s, <em>Parnassius<\/em> <em>mnemosyne<\/em> \u00a0and <em>Euphydryas maturna<\/em> \u00a0disappeared from Libick\u00fd luh as from the last locality in Bohemia, (<em>Euphydryas maturna<\/em> \u00a0was later discovered elsewhere in the Elbe region).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Locality, where the population of butterfly <em>Euphydryas maturna<\/em> was successfully recovered from the rescue breeding of Milos Andres. It has after two years since its introduction currently the richest population in the Czech Republic, numbering several tens to several hundred adults. A place where are being prepared prospective conditions for future attempt to reintroduction of Parnassius mnemosyne, Lopinga achine and Coenonympha hero from other planned rescue farms of the JARO Conservation Group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Land trust status:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2018, we participated in the rescue program for some of the most endangered species of daily butterflies in the Czech Republic and we are trying to reintroduce some of these previously extinct species again.
