Předmět ochrany:

Roste zde koniklec luční český  (Pulsatilla pratensis subsp. bohemica),  kavyl Ivanův (Stipa pennata), kavyl vláskovitý (Stipa capillata), hlaváč žlutavý (Schabiosa ochroleuca), sesel fenyklový (Seseli hippomarathrum), pryšec chvojka (Euphorbia cyparissias), rozrazil rozprostřený (Veronica prostrata), rozrazil klasnatý (Pseudolysimachion spicatum), mateřídouška časná pravá (Thymus praecox subsp. praecox), hvozdík kartouzek (Dianthus carthusianorum) a mochna písečná (Potentilla arenaria).

Vzah k Velkojaroměřskému pozemkovému spolku:

V roce 2015 jsme uzavřeli ústní dohodu s vlastníkem o spolupráci při ochraně lokality a od této doby se zde pokoušíme o navrácení vymřelého a v celé střední Evropě kriticky ohroženého druhu motýla – okáče skalního. Od roku 2018 navíc i aktivně pomáháme s péčí o tuto lokalitu – zejména kosením trávy, výhrabem mechu a odstraňováním travní hmoty.

Locality description

Locality in České středohoří (Central Bohemian Highlands), where Chazara briseis became extinct but thanks to rescue breeding, reintroduction and controlled conservation management (pasture combined with scything and raking old grass and moss), the population was successfully restored here. First attempts of reintroduction took place in 2015 and in 2018-19 there was stabilized population – estimated size is min 200 ex.

There is view for another hills around where conservation of Chazara briseis also take place from 2015.

Subject of protection

Habitat of Pulsatilla pratensis subsp. bohemicaStipa penáta, Stipa capillata, Schabiosa ochroleuca, Seseli hippomarathrum, Euphorbia cyparissias, Veronica prostrat, Pseudolysimachion spicatu, Thymus praecox subsp. Praecox, Dianthus carthusianorum and Potentilla arenaria.

Land trust status:

In 2015, we concluded an oral agreement with the owner on cooperation in the protection of the site and since then we have been trying to return the extinct and critically endangered species of the butterfly – Chazara briseis. In addition, since 2018 we have been actively helping with the management of this locality – especially by mowing grass, digging moss and removing grass.
